What Is the CM-SIP Exam?

The CM-SIP (Capital Markets – Specified Investment Products) exam is a licensing requirement under the CMFAS framework administered by IBF Singapore. It is required for representatives dealing in derivatives, structured products, and complex collective investment schemes.

Formerly known as CMFAS Module 6A, the CM-SIP exam is widely considered one of the most challenging modules in the CMFAS suite. It covers futures, options, swaps, structured notes, contracts for differences (CFDs), and more.
